ACT Chief Minister’s Tax Reform Advisory Group

Robert was a member of the ACT Governments Tax Reform Advisory Group, which was advising the ACT Government on tax reform in the ACT, namely the move from stamp duty to rates. Robert also led a team at NATSEM developing a microsimulation model to show the distributional impacts of this reform. The report from this work is available here.
